Every PanTMT bar passes the same controlled route from raw material testing to bundling and dispatch.

  1. Stage 1

    Raw Material Yard

    • Raw material receive
    • Raw material composition testing
    • Raw material uploading (quality wise)
  2. Stage 2

    Furnace

    • Charging of raw material (standard scrap recipe)
    • Composition testing (every 30 min.)
    • Maintain standard temperature
  3. Stage 3

    Casting

    • Checking of temperature and composition of molten metal
    • Casting start
    • Water quality check (every 6 hours)
  4. Stage 4

    Rolling Mill

    • Rolling process start, passed from Thermex
    • Checking mechanical properties of rolled material every 15 min.
    • Check weight of rolled material
